Get to know me.
Janet Rodriguez
I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and I have seen clients for 28 years as a psychotherapist. I specialize in helping clients learn skills to navigate their life optimally. When we perceive and respond to situations differently and employ self care practices, we get better results.
No one can make the changes you are seeking but you. Mental health requires honest introspection and self reflection. If you incorporate new behaviors and techniques into your life you will quickly begin to see positive results.
